Certification for Construction

Any new, renovated or remodeled medical gas and vacuum system must be certified in accordance with N.F.P.A., J.C.A.H.O. and state requirements. Bay State provides the required Phase I and Phase II certifications.

In Phase 1 the system is tested with dry nitrogen (grade NF) to verify the absence of contamination in new piping. Each outlet is tested for cross connections, proper labeling, complete alarm verification, complete zone valve verification, manifold, compressor and bulk system verification.

In Phase II, the systems are tested with source gases for particulates and contaminants, as well as pressure, concentration, purity, cross connections and proper labeling.

Let BAY STATE be your one-source provider for medical gas and environmental needs.
